1. Eating is 60 minutes after exercise

2. Do not take a nap immediately after exercise



Fatigue pours after exercise. That said, taking a nap is not helpful at all to recover from fatigue. It is first of all to calm used muscles rather than nap.



3. Stretching before and after exercise is essential



Stretching before and after exercise prevents injury and makes fat burn easily. In addition, it gives you flexibility to help you move forward smoothly.



4. Never prohibit sports drinks



Drinking sports drinks during or after exercise is a bad habit that causes obesity. Typical sports drinks contain 10 sugar sugars, and zero-calorie drinks often contain artificial sweeteners. It is best to drink water with water after exercise.



5. Do not bath immediately after exercise



If you bath in warm water, your body seems to be released, but bathing after exercise is not good. It is said that the fat decomposition is proceeding by sweating, but if you immerse yourself in the bathtub, it interferes with fat burning. After exercise, it is best to take a light shower or bath in 30 minutes to 1 hour.
